High-quality cast-aluminium

Able to withstand temperatures up to a whopping 250°C / 450 °F, with a bonded steel base that heats up quickly and evenly.

Suitable for all hobs and ovens

The Whatever Pan can be used over gas, induction, ceramic or electric hobs. Easily switch between the two for that perfect reverse sear or to beautifully braise before slowly roasting.

Griddle lines and deep ridges

Griddle lines to lock in flavour and extra deep 4.5 cm sides to keep kitchen counters and ovens spotless.

Non-stick surface

Comes with glass lid

The Whatever Pan is equipped with a glass lid that has an escape valve to let out excess pressure. The lid is suitable for oven use up to 180°C / 350°F.

  • Weight: 1.9kg with lid/ 1.2kg pan only.
  • Made with anodised cast aluminium (hardened through a process that renders it nonreactive) that does not leach into or react with foods.
  • CAUTION: The handles are part of the unibody cast aluminium construction and they may get very hot when cooking along with the pan itself.
  • Always hand wash your pan and avoid dishwasher use to protect it from discolouration and potentially diminishing its non-stick properties.
